New Toy!

Looky and Charlie have a new toy from PETSTOCK. It is a colourful tunnel of twisty wooden bars, which can be twisted into any shape. Charlie especially loves it, and when it's in a cave shape sits in it eating.

Charlie's 1st Birthday Party!

Today Charlie turned 1! He and Looky shared a mix cake, topped with carrots and parsley. We played music and sang "Happy Birthday", and then we gave him his present. It was a dangly thing (see below).

Pancakes!

Last year, I was eating a pancake in the garden. I put it down to feed Looky a carrot, and while my back was turned, Thumper stole it, the naughty thing! I wreted it from his grasp to find he had nibbled a good third out of it. I tore of the bitten bits and gave it to Looky (he was much younger then, and worshipped Thumper). Finally, I crammed the remaining part into my mouth before anyone else could steal it.

The funniest thing was, when I took it from him, Thumper looked really ashamed. He crouched down and looked so sad I couldn't help but forgive him.

Charlie's Upcoming Birthday!

Tomorrow, Charlie the guinea pig will be turning 1! He is very excited! AT the fete I will get him a birthday present.

Total Wipeout Zone!

Today, Looky and Charlie begun ther total wipeout zone preperations! We had a few practice rounds, and will update you on what else happens in this exciting event in their history.

Christmas

Looky and Charlie (a new agouti guinea pig, male), got some christmas treats. They got a:

A possum ate the mint. I had to cut off the top so it could grow back.

New Livestock at the Farm!

Three new fish have taken up residence at the farm. One Siamese Fighting Fish, and two Goldfish, one Shubunkin and one Common "gold" fish. The goldfish are nymphs (babies). The Shubunkin's called Shilemyou, the common goldfish Pearl, and the Siamese is Fighter's a red spotty male, named Squiggle.

Also, some parsnips have been planted, to be harvested in Spring.

They'll germinate in a couple of weeks, and a few will be given to are guinea pig and rabbit.
